Ogni anno scelgo accuratamente i miei biscotti preferiti per poterli così confezionare e regalare ad amici e parenti come "regalo goloso" di Natale. Questa volta è toccato a questi deliziosi e friabilissimi Sablés Viennois al cioccolato al latte con la ricetta di Pierre Hermé. Non so a voi, ma io nel periodo Natalizio adoro sfornare quantità infinite di biscotti e inondare la casa di quel delizioso profumo che tanto amiamo e che ci riporta un po' all'infanzia.
Questa ricetta è davvero super semplice, nonostante porti una grande firma come quella di Pierre Hermé, trovo che sia davvero alla portata di tutti ed è facilmente realizzabile in pochi minuti. Tutto quello che vi serve sono una bella sacca da pasticcere munita di una bocchetta rigata o a stella (quest'ultima creerà delle incantevoli roselline di sablé) e degli albumi. Sono certa che anche voi ne avanzate sempre parecchi e che non sappiate mai esattamente come impiegarli. Qui trovate tante idee golose per eliminare le scorte di albumi, oltre ovviamente a questa ricetta.
Una nota riguarda la copertura a base di cioccolato al latte. Le alternative sono molteplici e voglio suggerirvele tutte in modo che possiate realizzare dei meravigliosi biscotti in tanti modi diversi. Qualche idea oltre ai classici cioccolato fondente, al latte e bianco possono essere cioccolato Ruby, per un tocco rosa, ma anche del cioccolato gianduia o perché no, dello squisito cioccolato al caramello. Io ne ho aggiunto un po' di quest'ultimo alla base di cioccolato al latte e ho completato con granella di nocciole e mandorle per un tocco più croccante!
