La crostata con pasta frolla vegana è stata una scoperta sensazionale grazie alla mia amica Gaia. Realizzata con ingredienti semplici, senza burro e uova, si prepara facilmente in pochissimi minuti ed è subito pronta da stendere per preparare crostate e biscotti fragranti e gustosi con tutta la bontà di una normale pasta frolla.
Ho seguito la ricetta originale di Gaia, ho solamente preferito utilizzare parte di farina integrale al posto della classica farina 00 nella sua totalità. Potete tranquillamente sostituire la quantità di farina integrale con pari quantità di farina 00. La realizzazione è davvero immediata e potete realizzarla anche senza l'ausilio della planetaria. Con questa ricetta inoltre potete realizzare facilmente anche dei classici frollini perfetti per la prima colazione. Con le dosi indicate ho realizzato una crostata decorata diametro 20 cm e svariati biscotti.
Ingredienti
300 g di farina 00
100 g di farina integrale
75 ml di olio di semi di girasole
120 ml di acqua
8 g di lievito per dolci
150 g di zucchero di canna
scorza di limone bio
1 cucchiaino di estratto di vaniglia
Preparazione
In una ciotola riunire tutti gli ingredienti liquidi come acqua, olio di semi di girasole ed estratto di vaniglia e mescolate bene.
In un'altra ciotola unire le farina, lo zucchero e il lievito per dolci setacciato. Aggiungere la scorza grattugiata di limone. Lavorare il composto fino a quando non risulterà omogeneo e compatto.
Potete avvolgerlo nella pellicola per alimenti e conservarlo in frigorifero fino al momento dell'utilizzo oppure stenderlo su un piano leggermente infarinato.
Foderare quindi lo stampo per crostate, meglio se con fondo apribile. Farcite la crostata con la vostra confettura preferita e decorare con alcuni biscotti realizzati con la pasta frolla vegana.
Fate cuocere in forno statico a 180°C per circa 20 minuti. Sfornate e lasciate raffreddare completamente prima di gustare.
