200-300 g circa di patate a pasta gialla
provola dolce o affumicata
3 cucchiai di Parmigiano Reggiano grattugiato
sale e pepe q.b.
Salame Felino IGP
In una ciotola sbattete le uova, unite il Parmigiano Reggiano grattugiato, le patate e la provola tagliata a cubetti. Mescolate bene per amalgamare tutti gli ingredienti. Aggiustate infine di sale e pepe.
Spennellate con poco olio uno stampo per muffin e versate il composto.
Fate cuocere in forno statico preriscaldato a 180°C per circa 30 minuti.
Dovranno risultare ben gonfie e dorate.
Sfornate e lasciate intiepidire.
Servitele quindi con tante golose fette di Salame Felino IGP.
